QUALITY POLICY DRAWINGS & DESIGN
We have in-house quality and detailing dept for material , drawings, designs which are of par excellence and has been appreciated by many a client, consultant and TAC. The sub-vendors selected by us to supply the material or our systems are approved by various Authorities, Consultants, Government Bodies etc., and who have a very good track record. The Quality assurance Plans drawn by us are stringent and take care that materials used in our systems are the best available. The plans cover thorough inspection during and after manufacture, which includes Hydro-testing & chemical composition testing of the material used. We also offer inspection to clients and third parties as the case may be.

SITE ERECTION & INSTALLATION
The team in charge of the site erection jobs have vast experience in the field and are well trained to execute the erection in the most competent manner. Here again, the quality of the erection is strictly monitored and every small nuance is taken care of in the most professional and detailed manner right from cutting of the pipes, preparing the edges for welding, weld quality, alignment of pipes, etc., to the commissioning stage. For electrical works also thorough testing, checking, alignment, testing, earthling and other aspects are closely checked.

SERVICES
The services provided by our team is excellent . any malfunctions in the system are attended to with least delay. Any information required by the client regarding the system is provided by us so that the client’s personnel can operate and maintain the system with ease and without much problem. We also undertake to provide technical personnel in the field of fire protection to cater to manpower requirement

RESOURCES MAINPOWER
Our team consists of qualified personnel having vast experience to carry out the various jobs awarded to us. They include engineers for various functions such as design, project execution, estimation, sales, as well as supporting, staff comprising of draftsmen, supervisors, storekeepers, foremen, etc.

The administrative staff consists of accountants, secretaries, clerical staff, and other office staff. The site establishment consists of resident engineers with supervisors, foremen storekeepers, welders, fitters, riggers, helpers, electricians, wiremen, etc. As required. Further staff details can be furnished upon request.

FIRE / SECURITY AUDITIONG / DRILL / TRAINNG
We do undertake to provide auditing / Fire – Security training / Drills to your Engineers to use and operate Fire Fighting & Security System. We do undertake specialized job of customers choice in the respective field.

We design the system keeping in mind the latest technology & developments in the field. The operation of our systems is very user friendly and requires the least maintenance and the maintenance required can be carried our with ease. All the hydraulic & pressure drop calculations are computed by advanced imported software approved by NFPA & TAC. This helps greatly to optimize the design and requirements.
